Shipping Information

At Celestial Artistry, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress. 

*Please inspect your order upon arrival. if you find an item defective, damaged, or if you have RECEIVED the wrong item please contact us within 24 hours of RECEIVING your order.

*Once your order has been shipped & given to postal service, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. if you have any issues or questions regarding your order please contact your delivery carrier.

Returns & Exchanges:

All online & In-store sales are final.

If a product is not to your satisfaction and you would like to exchange it for the same type of product you must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase or within 24 hours of receiving your order. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees.
