Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 -3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time (California)

We ship orders within California using trusted third-party carriers.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High-volume periods (sales, holidays, promotions)

Once your order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping method selected

  • Delivery location

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Sales Tax (California)

Orders shipped within California may be subject to California state and local sales tax, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with state law.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Local Pickup 

If local pickup is offered, pickup instructions and timelines will be provided at checkout or via email. Orders not picked up within the designated timeframe may be canceled without refund.
